Connecting To Your Forex VPS From a Mac Computer

Getting Started

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing the remote desktop login credentials for your VPS. This guide will show you how to use these credentials to access your trading VPS from your Mac OS device (iMac, MacBook, etc).

Step 1 – Locate Your Forex VPS Details Email

After your VPS has been setup you will receive an email from us that contains your VPS login credentials.

Step 2 – Download Microsoft Remote Desktop

Open the App Store on your Mac and search for “Microsoft Remote Desktop”. Download and install the free application from Microsoft Corporation.

Step 3 – Open Microsoft Remote Desktop

Launch the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from your Applications folder or Launchpad.

Step 4 – Add a New PC Connection

Click the “+” button and select “Add PC”. In the PC name field, enter your VPS IP address from your VPS details email. Click “Add” to save the connection.

Step 5 – Connect to Your VPS

Double-click on the PC connection you just created. When prompted, enter your VPS credentials:

• Username: Administrator
• Password: Your unique VPS password from the email

These credentials must be entered EXACTLY as displayed in the email.

Step 6 – You’re Connected!

You should now be connected to your forex VPS, and ready to trade!

NOTE: You may see a certificate warning on first connection. This is normal. Click “Continue” to proceed with the connection.
