1. VPS Refund Policy
NYCServers offers a fourteen (14) day full refund period for all VPS services. The 14-day period begins on the original order date, which is the date your VPS service was first purchased.
If you are not satisfied with your VPS service for any reason within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. No questions asked. After the 14-day period has passed from the original order date, no refunds are available for VPS services.
2. Dedicated Server Policy
Dedicated server products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of dedicated server provisioning, which involves allocating physical hardware resources specifically for your use, refunds are not available for dedicated server orders under any circumstances.
We encourage all customers to carefully review our dedicated server specifications and ensure the product meets your needs before placing an order. If you have any questions about our dedicated server offerings, please contact our sales team before purchasing.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible VPS service, please contact our support team using one of the following methods:

- Open a support ticket through the customer portal
Please include your account email address and the service you wish to receive a refund for. Once your request is verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In some cases, refunds may be issued as account credit at the discretion of NYCServers.
4. Refund Limitations
The following limitations apply to our refund policy:
- Refunds are limited to one (1) per account.
- Refunds are only available within the first fourteen (14) days from the original order date.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- Dedicated server products are non-refundable.
- Services terminated due to policy violations, fraud, or abuse are not eligible for refunds.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
For orders originally paid with cryptocurrency, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Any applicable blockchain network fees or swap fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed in the original cryptocurrency or as account credit, at the discretion of NYCServers.
- Due to cryptocurrency price volatility, the refunded value may differ from the original payment amount in fiat currency terms.
6. Automatic Renewals
All NYCServers services are automatically recurring. If you do not cancel your service before the next billing cycle, an automatic payment will be processed for the renewal.
No refunds are available for automatic renewal payments if the payment date falls after the first 14 days from the original order date. To avoid unwanted charges, you must submit a cancellation request through the customer portal before the next invoice due date.
Cancellation requests can be submitted through the NYCServers customer portal at newyorkcityservers.com/billing/clientarea.php. All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Service Credits
Service credits issued under our Service Level Agreement (SLA) are separate from refunds. Service credits are applied to your account as credit toward future billing cycles and are not redeemable for cash or direct refund.
