We wil be taking a manual backup of our Automated OS Reinstall / Bandwidth Graphs / Power Control System.
During this time the system will not be available to customers. Connectivity to customer's server will not be effected by this.

Full Description:
At approximately 12:00 AM EDT on 09/26/2015, engineers will be upgrading the code on redundant core network devices at our datacenter (325 Hudson St. New York,NY). Downtime is expected to sporadic as each device will be upgraded and reloaded one by one. This maintenance should not exceed 30 minutes overall.
We appreciate your understanding during this necessary maintenance and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we continue to improve the stability of our network.
